Primary Skills

- Help with competency assessment and maintain competency matrix as per the defined framework
- Manage a team(s) that are in the CoE and responsible for operation support, system admin, and reporting activities. Hiring, Retention, and competency management.
- Collaborate with other departments as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Support management with any requested initiatives/activities.
Job Details
- Understand and break down the business problem to be able to create and propose a learning solution
- Plan annual initiatives and training programs in discussion with senior management.
- Prepare training budget requirements and share them with senior leadership along with tracking budget spending versus plan and taking corrective actions if required.
- Conduct discussions with stakeholders to understand training requirements (mandatory pieces of training, technical, domain, behavioral training)
- Identify and prioritize organization-level training needs and programs in line with the organization’s strategy and vision.
- Should be able to create content based on the inputs shared by the stakeholders.
- Ensure that the content and context of all materials remain current and relevant for business needs.
- Advice businesses to identify training needs identified in performance appraisals.
- Work with functional heads on designing training content and delivery. Plan rollout of programs including timelines, target audience, etc.
- Conduct training programs for various audience groups, as and when required.
- Roll out of training interventions including timelines, target audience, and team.
- Operational role, responsible for delivering results that have a direct impact on the achievement of results.
- Able to identify problems and significantly improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques.
