Job Responsibilities: –

• Contact company clients and explain company products, services
• Lead Conversion generated through all channels (Social media / others)
• Schedule appointments or close the sale on the telephone.
• Contact clients to follow up on initial interaction
• Answer client queries and handle complaints
• Generate referrals
• To work collaboratively with Student Recruitment and Outreach on conversion and recruitment activity
• To work flexibly; on occasion away from the office and during anti-social hours to ensure high levels of customer service
• Enrol new students to the university
• Assessing qualifications
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Line Manager or their nominee
• Target achievement

Requirements: –

• Bachelor’s degree in any specialization or high school diploma.
• Freshers can also apply
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
• Understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Excellent stress handling skills.
• Ability to motivate team members.
• Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle customer’s complaints in a professional manner.
• Calm and patient individual.
• Ability to maintain a positive work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
