Full Job Description
Job Responsibilities: –
- Contact company clients and explain company products, services
- Lead Conversion generated through all channels (Social media / others)
- Schedule appointments or close the sale on the telephone.
- Contact clients to follow up on initial interaction
- Answer client queries and handle complaints
- Generate referrals
- To work collaboratively with Student Recruitment and Outreach on conversion and recruitment activity
- To work flexibly; on occasion away from the office and during anti-social hours to ensure high levels of customer service
- Enrol new students to the university
- Assessing qualifications
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Line Manager or their nominee
- Target achievement
Requirements: –
- Bachelor’s degree in any specialization or high school diploma.
- Freshers can also apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
- Understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent stress handling skills.
- Ability to motivate team members.
- Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer’s complaints in a professional manner.
- Calm and patient individual.
- Ability to maintain a positive work environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
