Position Purpose/Summary

The HBT CX CS Training Professional will work with the HBT Employee Training Lead to provide high quality, employee focused training programs that support the achievement of:

New employees receive onboarding training to prepare them for their role Understand & Evaluate the Current learning needs of the business Required skill and knowledge levels for the future Build Digitized Content on topics that can be delivered without InstructorTraining Solution Development; Knowledge of training solution development procedures, tools and techniques; ability to utilize the knowledge for developing a solution to stated training needsKey Areas of Responsibility

·       Design and deliver standard, customised and tailored training programs

·       Maintain and develop course content to current offerings

·       Review effectiveness of training programs

·       Assist align current learning processes, products, services & processes to suit Business direction

·       Build Knowledge Case Management System – Articles that are easy to read & usable by all

·       Responsible for Process Training and Soft Skill training

·       Able to use alternative teaching methods to cater to various individuals.

Travel may be required to cover multiple hubs
