Home Loan Training Manager[ NBFC /Affordable Housing domain Only]

Note: Training experience is mandatory for this role. The key responsibilities of the role will be as follows:

• Design and develop content for Trainer Led Programs for various Training Modules applicable for Product Functional Learning areas covering assessments, training content, facilitator guides,
• post-training assessments/evaluations, on-the-job training workbooks

• Design and develop content for eLearning Training modules applicable to various departments of the Housing Finance team

• Constantly Up skilling themselves on different subjects for training

• Liaise with business teams to identify problem statements, develop content around resolving the issues

• Liaise with business to ensure 100% completion of learning parameters

Experience and Skills required:

Product – Affordable Housing / Loan against Property

• Should possess strong knowledge of products and should have work with products for at least 2 years.
• Comfortable with Excel/ PowerPoint and should be aware of New Training Techniques that can be implemented. Also aware of working with content creation tools like Articulate, Captivate, video editing skills etc
• Excellent Communication to interact with Senior Management and other HO Departments and creative writing skills.
