Primary Head TeacherIndependent small International English medium primary school, community-oriented. location North Goa, Bardez 403509. Class size, maximum 16 students, Primary 1 up to Primary 6 Timings 8.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to FridayAt Holistic Yellow we consciously provide a cross-curricular, where teachers are mindful and their teaching style is filled with techniques that makes the child genuinely feel excited about the learning process. Candidates must have, an understanding of cross-curriculum teaching methodologies, confidence in their skills to cater to multi-level classroom learning, be able to serve students’ academic and emotional needs. Well-spoken English and good with computers, aware of the benefits & usage of all digital mediums for daily school functioning. Develop and articulate a compelling vision for the school, aligned with the school’s mission and goals.2. Provide leadership in curriculum development, instructional strategies, and educational programs to enhance student learning outcomes.3. Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes a supportive learning environment for both students and staff.4. Lead and manage teaching and administrative staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.5. Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards.6. Identify and pursue opportunities for growth and improvement, staying abreast of educational trends and innovations.7. Implement and enforce policies that ensure the safety and well-being of students.8. Address disciplinary issues effectively and work with staff to create a positive and respectful school climate.9. Foster positive relationships with parents, community members, and local organizations.10. Act as a spokesperson for the school, participating in community events and promoting the school’s achievements.11. Support and encourage ongoing professional development for staff to enhance their teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.12. Utilize data to assess student performance and guide instructional decisions.13.
