Responsibilities:

Assessing and evaluating students’ work by setting and marking tests and other forms of assessment.

Preparing lessons, activities, games, and materials for students.

Creating lesson plans and providing feedback to other teachers.

Being aware of individual student needs, goals, and progress.

Communicating with parents, carers, and the wider community.

Utilizing a range of teaching methods and techniques, such as audio-visual materials, role-play, and group activities.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Creativity in curriculum development.

An understanding of modern classroom technologies.

The ability to remain patient and calm under pressure.
