Full job description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead and manage the academic and administrative functions of the school.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily school operations and academic activities
- Lead and support teachers and staff members
- Ensure high standards of education and discipline
- Coordinate with parents, management, and faculty
- Implement school policies and development programs
- Monitor student performance and overall school progress
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in school administration/teaching
- Relevant educational qualification preferred
