*24/7 shifts

*2 Rotational offs

Eligibility:

*Under Grad/Graduate can apply

*Minimum 6 months experience of training voice batches

Candidate Must Haves (Soft Skills Trainer/Voice Coach)

*Needs to have a strong bent for Customer service

*Strong knowledge on Grammar concepts and Softskills

*Should be able to deliver sessions on Soft Skills

Candidate Must Haves (Process Trainers)

*Will have to conduct Process Training and manage coaching

*Should be able to deliver sessions on Soft Skills

*Should have excellent communication skills

Job Location: Malad

Pay Scale: Between 5 LPA to 9 LPA (Basis last drawn)
