Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for people reaching out to Heart It Out for support across multiple platforms.
  • Support the team at Heart It Out to improve and maintain timely communications.
  • Track all communications on phone, WhatsApp and google my business
  • Follow up with clients for payments, tracking offline appointments and updating invoices.
  • Checking and follow-ups for cart abandonments.
  • Handle refunds, session rescheduling, session booking, and sharing links.
  • Answer queries related to the session, therapists available, their profile and support with booking.
  • Delegate work to respective departments based on outbound communications.

    • Working Conditions

  • This is a full-time role at Heart It Out and not an internship.
  • Please Note: This is a full-time role and requires 8 hours of work per day for 5 days a week and has two shifts, morning and night shift.
  • This position is being offered virtually
  • Compensation would be 3 to 3.6 LPA.
