SME-General Business is a vital source of knowledge, capability, or expertise in Management subjects. The SME functions as the organizational representative for his/her knowledge area and applies his/her expertise to support the strategic direction of the organization. He/she should be capable and willing to work on core subjects. Extensive work on computer system since the job requires online answering through Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and other applications.
Responsibilities:
- Authoring Solutions for advanced questions from General Business textbooks
- Online answering of questions posted by students abroad
- Quality review of solutions given by external answerers
- Content feedback and online tutoring
- Auditing Video contents
- Work on domain specific Ad-hoc Projects
Desired Candidate Profile:
The candidate must be from either of the following backgrounds:
– MBA/PGDM (specialization in Human Resource and/or International Business)
– Master of International Business (MIB)
Freshers / Faculty (0- 3Years Experience) – anyone with strong subject knowledge can apply.
The candidate must be-
- Excellent in communication skills, both oral and written
- Having a good knowledge on Human Resource and International Business subjects
- Proficient with Excel
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
