Conduct regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and track student progress using data-driven insights.
Utilize diverse teaching strategies, including interactive activities, multimedia tools, and project-based learning, to enhance student engagement.
Prepare students for board examinations through targeted revision sessions, mock tests, and exam technique training.
Collaborate with fellow faculty members to develop interdisciplinary projects and support holistic student development.
Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and classroom activities.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.
Requirements
Masters/Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Valid teaching certification (e.g., B.Ed., CTET, or equivalent) is mandatory.
2–5 years of proven experience teaching English at the secondary level (Classes 9–10).
In-depth knowledge of the CBSE/ICSE/State Board syllabus and examination patterns.
Strong command of spoken and written English, with excellent grammar and vocabulary.
Proficiency in using digital learning tools and educational technology (e.g., Google Classroom, LMS platforms).
Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
