Training Manager- Voice and Accent Training
International BPO in Gurgaon

Eligibility Criteria-
- A minimum of 5 years experience in VNA training and development management (essential).
- Documented exp as a Training Manager for atleast 2+yrs
Role & responsibilities-
- Develop a department of well-trained, competent professionals who continuously improve the organization and themselves
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions
- Conduct quarterly one-on-ones with Trainers.
- Coordinate with the Quality Supervisor and Operations on consistency issues
- Create and maintain consultant training schedule.
- Cultivate a close working relationship with Training Manager(s), Training department personnel, Operations, and other Concentrix managers, supervisors and consultants.
- Coordinate the maintenance and development of training workbooks and other training tools used by the Training organization.
Preferred skills-
- Bachelors degree or MBA(Any) .
- A minimum of 5 years experience in VNA training and development management (essential).
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
