Profile: Career counsellor

Location: Gurgaon, Faridabad
Salary: 3Lpa – 5Lpa CTC
Weekoff – 6 days working with one week off on Monday
Time:10am to 7 pm

Requirements:

• Provide pre sales counseling and advise the students regarding admission services (Bachelor degree/MBA/MIM/Law) and test prep.
• Achieve enrollment as well as collection targets for Bachelor degree/MBA/MIM/Law admission consulting enrollments.
• Generate walk-ins from telephonic lead, leads for other sources and referrals.
• Responsible for operations processes / formalities at the center.
• Responsible for driving business for the assigned center.
• Hard core sales with generating walk-ins at center through ATL promotion and local marketing.
• Proactively up-selling and cross-selling relevant product.
• Comply with the batch plan and effectively communicate the schedule of batches to students and parents.
• Capturing accurate client information on inquiry form and timely entering the same in the system.
• Ensure KYC compliance of the enrolled students. Proper maintenance of inventory and timely issue of kits to students.
• Share information on various courses, test prep products, application process, and deadline on proactive basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹42,000.00 per month
