Role Description

This is a full-time Commis Baker role located in Gurugram, and you will be working on-site. As a Commis Baker, you will be responsible for preparing baked goods and pastries according to recipes and specifications, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Other duties include ensuring high quality of all baked products, collaborating with other team members, and adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Commis Baker or similar position
• Knowledge of baking techniques and principles
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to follow recipes and specifications with precision
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
