Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for an Admission Counselor at RankBloc Services in Noida. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, educating potential clients on our services, and driving sales through interpersonal communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to relate to a diverse group of people
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Customer service skills and experience in a customer-facing role
• Sales experience and ability to drive business growth
• Education background or experience in education would be beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field

Note: Knowledge and experience in digital marketing is not required but a strong affinity towards the industry is an added advantage.
