Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assisting with various departmental duties and providing academic support to Professors and other staff members.

· Teaching and Supervising graduates and undergraduate students.

· Providing Professors and Department Heads feedback on the progress of students.

· Attending Faculty and Departmental meetings.

· Participating in scholarly activities that influence and enhance learning and teaching in the University.

· Preparing high quality subject delivery and learning support materials using any web-based platforms and other teaching and learning systems.

Qualifications:

· Post Graduate with specialisation in HR and Marketing.

· Proven teaching experience in a university setting.

· Strong analytical, observational and problem-solving skills.

· Patience, understanding and willingness to learn.

· A passion for teaching and engaging with students.

Location preference – Dehradun

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
