Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for the Management Department.
• Oversee the development and implementation of innovative academic programs.
• Ensure the highest standards of teaching, research, and service.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment among faculty, staff, and students.
• Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively.
• Promote industry linkages and enhance the department’s reputation.
• Lead the department in accreditation and quality assurance processes.
• Mentor and support faculty in their professional development.
• Engage with students to ensure their academic and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• A Ph.D. in Management or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of academic and administrative experience in higher education.
• Proven track record of academic leadership and managerial capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Experience with curriculum development and accreditation processes.
• Strong commitment to academic excellence and student success.

• Experience in developing partnerships with industry and professional bodies.
• Strong research background with a significant publication record.
• Innovative and forward-thinking approach to management education.
