1. Work on Pan India internal recruitment
2. Work on the interview process and manage the recruitment cycle
3. Conduct all interviews virtual/face-to-face and coordinate with the sales & operations team
4. Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
5. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
6. Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process ensuring all screening, hiring, recruiting, and selection are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
