Responsibilities
- Implement and administer employee policies.
- Monitor and handle employee grievances.
- Handle employee engagement activities.
- Taking care of onboarding formalities and documentation.
- Handling employee exit formalities and ensuring smooth separation.
- Generation and maintenance of accurate employee records for management.
- Responsible for Documentation, HRIS Management, Attendance, and Payroll as well.
Requirements
- Self-motivated and fast learner with the ability to operate independently.
- Should be proficient in Ms. Office.
- Good communication skills.
- Should be a highly versatile thinker who assimilates knowledge and has understanding across different industries, products, technologies, disciplines etc.
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience- Work experience – 1 to 3 yrs
