Role: Training coordinator
Qualification/Experience – Preferred 2 to 3 years of experience in the training administration and execution.
Goals / KPIs of Training coordinator
Co-ordinate with different stakeholders and ensure smooth execution of trainings program
Readiness of training schedule, VDIs, LMS access etc.
Training programs mapping into the respective training rooms
Ensuring that all the training programs are mapped according to the seating capacity
Ensuring the softwares / hardwares applicable for all the training programs
Conduct & publish assessments ; Maintain training/presentation materials
Communicate training/assessment schedule, calendar invites and other details to concerned stakeholders
Collate Training feedback and publish training progress report to concerned stakeholders
Maintain and Report training
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and presentation
