• Should have experience in Communication training and Freelancers.
• Should have rich knowledge of all behavioral topics.
• This role will support internal and external Learning & Development training initiatives for the organization.
• Should be aware of Content development and facilitation of training sessions.
• Conducts train-the-trainer sessions for new training staff & support teams as necessary.
• Provides input on changes to improve curriculum, training environment build, or other training deliverables.
