Job Description:

Hero Vired is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Faculty specializing in Sales to join our dynamic team. As a Faculty member, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering our Sales program while ensuring it aligns with industry requirements and fosters student success. This is an opportunity to contribute to the growth of aspiring professionals and shape the future of education.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a comprehensive Sales program curriculum in line with industry needs and trends, focusing on program USP’s
  • Conduct competition research for identifying the gaps in the market and inculcating the insights in the program.
  • Collaborate with industry professionals and experts to bring in guest speakers for masterclasses and ensure students gain exposure to real-world challenges and insights in the financial domain.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in the financial industry, continuously enhancing your own expertise and sharing industry insights with students.
  • Collaborate with the program management team to ensure the smooth execution of the Sales program and contribute to its ongoing improvement.
  • Maintain strong connections and networks within the Sales domain to facilitate industry partnerships, internships, and placement opportunities for students.

Requirements:

  • 10+ Years of solid experience in Sales & Business Development and a strong understanding of Sales analysis, market trends, and Sales decision-making processes.
  • Proficiency in Sales analysis tools and software, and the ability to effectively teach and guide students in utilizing them.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Sales methodologies and best practices, with a deep understanding of the Indian Sales industry’s (B2C sales) expectations and requirements.
  • Academic orientation and experience in teaching or training Sales, preferably in a professional or higher education setting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students in a virtual learning environment.
  • Strong program management skills, including the ability to organize and deliver effective learning experiences within set timelines.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a professional network in the financial domain, facilitating collaborations and masterclass opportunities.
  • Passion for education, a student-centered approach, and a commitment to empowering learners to excel in the Sales domain.
