Designation: Health Counsellor (Swastha Pracharak)

Job Type: Freelance (Need to work 1 full day weekly and rest of the days 3 hours)

Salary: You can earn from 10K to 40K and more.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and generating appointment

· Reaching out to their target audience through cold calling/ E Mail/ LinkedIn to generate leads.

· Responsible for qualifying the leads on given criteria and Appointment Generation.

· Focused on achieving exceeding daily, weekly, monthly targets defined for self and team

· Be able to tailor pitch the products according to their specifications ensuring successful conversion of sale.

· Establish sales campaigns targeted at specific vertical such as Bank, Police Station, School, College, Govt. Office, Municipal Office, etc.

· Administer sales pipeline and improve opportunities for sales.

· Design various innovative marketing strategies to increase diabetes awareness and in turn sales for company’s product & Services

· Develop and maintain good professional relationship with main accounts and strategic partners of the company.

· Monitor and recommend improvement for awareness of diabetes reversal and to achieve all the key objectives.

· Prepare monthly reports and provide effective recap of previous performance and review same.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Excellent communication skills.

· Basic knowledge of lead generation.

· Ready to work 3 hours a day and 1 whole day a week.

· Proven working experience of working in dedicated sales unit, or a relevant role with Proven sales track record.

· Business Acumen, good conceptual and analytical skills.

· Time management and planning skills- ability to manage tasks in an organized way.

· High energy and drive – ability to sustain oneself in challenging Environment

· Knack for sales – highly resilient and go-getter.

· Outcome driven – ability to follow through for measurable outcome.

· Self-starter – takes initiative and has the ability to take pertinent decisions by himself/herself

Should be graduate from any stream (Science preferred) having at least 2 years of sales experience.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
