Job Description: –
1. Make outbound calls to leads generated by advertising, referrals, and direct interest, within agreed time frames for response.
2. Counsel the students and inform them of the different learning options available.
Quickly assess their needs, interest and suitability as a candidate.
3. Organise weekly face to face ‘Meet & Greet’ sessions with tutors for interested candidates, managing the attendee list, sharing details via WhatsApp, and confirming attendance ahead of the date. Coordinate with social media team on development and promotion of ads creatives to support these as part of a monthly comms plan.
4. Handle all Inbound calls to identify level of interest, motivation, and explain about the products/courses.
5. Follow up on Qualified leads to convert into Prospects who request a Made to Measure programme, or provide more written information on workshops or courses
6. Schedule calls and follow up the Made to Measure proposals developed by the tutors, scheduling further meetings or calls as required.
7. Use persuasion and selling skills to close Prospects.
8. Follow up for payment for students selecting our phased payment plans, ensuring on- time payment against agreed timeframes.
9. Using our database, proactively contact potential Prospects with relevant courses, workshops, and activities that would be of interest to them. Schedule follow up communications within 48 hours.
10. Maintaining up to date information on leads in the online CRM system.
11. Organise and book locations for workshops, courses, and Meet & Greets as required.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Flexible but some evening and weekend work may be required to support preferred contact hours of students and leads

- Ability to quickly assimilate information and understand the different products that we offer.
- Ability to filter different leads quickly and accurately, to ensure we focus on the right candidates.
- High energy levels and willingness to ‘go the extra mile’ to delight our students and prospects.
- Ability to manage different projects or activities simultaneously and be highly productive will be very important.
- Excellent organisation skills, managing calls schedules, meetings, and regular proactive outreach activities to maintain contact with leads.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office software – we don’t want to have to teach you how to use Word, Excel, or Powerpoint!
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp for Business.
- Previous use of a CRM database would be an advantage.
