Role & responsibilities :

Academic

• Participate in teaching, faculty development, and research
• To oversee the design and development of the curriculum program to ensure that teaching design and delivery comply with the regulations of the University

Research & Development

• Investigate new areas of research within their specialization – It may involve national and international collaboration with members of other Higher Education Institutions or organizations
• Applying appropriate research methodologies and analyzing results/conclusions to formulate new concepts and ideas;
• Identifying research topic and initiating analysis that will be original and innovative

Operational

• Organize seminars, conferences, workshops, and FDP for faculty members and students
• Work closely on student-centric projects
• Provide support in student and faculty exchange programs
• Organize training programs for the students to develop their soft skills

Collaborations

• Focus on engagement with companies for industry collaboration, placement of students, and Alumni

Preferred candidate profile

• Preferably should be NET OR SET OR SLET qualified as conducted by UGC
• Master’s/ Ph.D. in International Business with exceptional communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)
• 10 + years of teaching/ research / professional experience of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor
