· Prepare and maintain the guidelines for department colleagues.

· Advise and refer specific assessment in the areas of need to the parents, if required.

· Discuss the intervention strategies & progress of each student.

· Attend meetings regarding students with Special Needs (i.e. Parent, Special Educator and counselor meetings)

· Attend Coordinators and Teachers Meetings to facilitate all the programs.

· Attend curriculum related workshops and seek clarification, if necessary.

· Gear the program to the needs of every student with a concern for their interests, special talents, individual styles and pace of learning.

· Conduct ongoing evaluation procedures needed to assess the developmental levels of the students.

· Attend all staff meetings & participate in the recommended training programs, conferences, courses and other aspects of professional growth.

· Responsible for effective co-ordination within Departments assigned.

· Adhere and implement the applicable policies including the Inclusion Policy

· Support the Coordinator in planning of the curriculum. (Maintain the data and details as per the recommendations made)

· Responsible for organizing and coordinating events within the subject/ year group area. (As per the dates mentioned in the calendar as well as all external competitions).

· Design the Split syllabus, Scheme of work to be implemented as Short-term, mid-term and long- term plans

Ø Skills

· Education qualification- Any Graduated /B.Ed. / P.HD.

· Experience- 5-10 years in Academic.

• Excellent ability to work in a positive manner with a variety of people (students, faculty, staff, and administrators)
• Skillful at problem solving and anticipating issues before they arise.
• A high degree of computer literacy and demonstrated ability to integrate technology into the learning environment and teaching methodology
• Current knowledge of industry practices, trends and issues
• Experience in budget planning and implementation

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹9,431.80 – ₹48,466.54 per month
