Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for people reaching out to Heart It Out for support across multiple platforms.

• Support the team at Heart It Out to improve and maintain timely communications

Eligibility

• This is open to psychology graduates passionate about making lives easier for those coping with mental health concerns. The ideal candidate is a great communicator, presentable and most importantly an empathetic human being.

• Being non-judgemental and professionalism are much appreciated.

• We appreciate individuals who can take on initiative and responsibility

• We welcome openness to failure – for there is no better teacher!

Working Conditions

• This is a full time role at Heart It Out and not an internship.

• At present, this position is being offered virtually.
