Opening for Healthcare Sales Training Manager for a Leading Diagnostic Company in Gurgaon

Position – Sales Training Manager

Qualification – Any Graduate/Post Graduate from science background.

Experience – 6-9 years experience

Note – Candidate should have Healthcare or Pharma Sales training background.

Location – Gurgaon

Salary & Benefits – 15 LPA

No. of working days – 5 days

Note : This job requires travelling within India

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Partnership during key strategic initiatives and product launches.
• Collaboration with business and other support functions to understand new capability to be developed for continuous upskilling.
• Field visit to understand market requirement and competition benchmark.
• Prepare annual / monthly training calendar.
• Prepare and develop a team of regional trainers plan procedures for improving the candidate experience.
• Suggest measures for improving employee retention.
• Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team.
• Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles.
• Attend career and college fairs, and similar events.
• Determine HR and recruiting KPIs.
• Manage vendors to enable completion of external training programs and interventions.
• Partner with Subject Matter expert to create High-Impact training materials related to updates
• Capability to do gamification of training content.
• Managing digital platform of learning.
• Creating / designing content and delivery framework.
• Creating and administer technical test.
• Design and drive appropriate sales training strategy and execution plan in line with the training needs identified and prioritized by the business.
• Categorization of employees into different brackets & on basis of that co-work on training plan as per the training performance.
