Will be activating patients on Insulin and train them on the process of insulin initiation ➢ Provides education to clients and family members regarding self-care, maintaining optimal health, and preventing complications

➢ Will be responsible for Patient home visits and would be sitting at Doctor clinic for OPD

➢ Reporting to Project Manager, on daily reports

➢ No. of visit per Day: – either of the below o Attending 1 OPD/per day and/or 4-5 patient home visits &/or 2-3 Doctor visit o Total visit count per day of at least 8 which includes Doctor, patient & OPD

Qualification: Any Science Graduate Skills:

➢ Excellent communication, pleasing personality and conversation skills (most important factor for recruitment) ➢ Good communication in English, Hindi, Regional language

➢ Working experience in Hospital/Healthcare sector would be added advantage ➢ Having good counseling experience in handling patient queries would be added advantage

➢ Willing to travel within city
