About the Role
iMED Academy is looking for passionate and industry-experienced Healthcare Administration Trainers to deliver practical, job-oriented training and prepare students for careers in healthcare administration and hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions.
- Train students on healthcare administration, patient coordination, front office operations, medical billing, insurance processes, and healthcare operations.
- Develop lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct student evaluations and provide regular feedback.
- Support students with communication skills, employability training, and interview preparation.
- Ensure high-quality learning outcomes and student engagement.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, MBA Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Prior training or teaching experience is an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong classroom facilitation abilities.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Good understanding of healthcare administration and hospital operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital learning platforms.
