Field Counselor
Job Requirements :
a) Good communication skills in English & proficient in local language.
b) Must be presentable
c) Must have good counselling skill & grasping skill
d) Good learner and team player with sales skills
e) Ability to coordinate with team efficiently
f) Should have Basic Excel knowledge
g) Should have a degree in psychology
h) Ready to handle multiple portfolios
i) Ready to travel

Job Roles :
Responsible to solve the queries of the Patient in terms of their disease
Face to face Counselling to the patient for better disease management and Periodic test reminder calls
Supporting the Patient in Enrollment to the Program
Responsible for creating an awareness and educating the patient on therapy adherence
Responsible for motivating patients to continue therapy
Responsible to make patients aware of pros & cons of discontinuation of medication
Responsible to make patients aware of importance of regular doctor’s visit

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
