Health Basix Hiring For School Psychological Counselor at Kengeri, Bengaluru, Karnataka Full Time

Health Basix is looking for a full-time school counsellor who can stay in residential area of the school with 1-2 years of work experience in a school or inclusive setting.

Food and accommodation will be provided to the counsellor. Medical benefits in our participating hospitals will be given to counselor and their family members.

Qualification: The school counsellor must have a master’s degree in counselling psychology/ clinical psychology/ education psychology

Job Description:

School Counselor must

1. Identify the academic, social, emotional and behavioural difficulties students are experiencing during school hours.

2. Conduct a formal or informal assessment to understand the current functioning of the students.

3. Plan and implement interventions which will benefit students’ well-being.

5. Refer students for formal assessments outside the school in case of requirement.

6. Conduct workshops, on request by the school, on topics related to the emotional and social well-being of the students

7. Have parent meetings to discuss the progress and current functioning of the students.

8. Discuss the student’s progress with the concerned class and subject teachers.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
