Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure academic excellence through effective curriculum planning, classroom observations, and teacher mentoring.
• Lead staff development through training, performance feedback, and team-building initiatives.
• Manage school operations, administration, and resource utilization efficiently.
• Drive admissions and work closely with the marketing team to achieve enrollment goals.
• Foster strong relationships with teachers, parents, and stakeholders while upholding the school’s vision and values.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Center Head, Principal, or Headmistress in a reputed preschool.
• Graduate/Post Graduate with B.Ed. or NTT (Mandatory).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and school management skills.
• Strong decision-making, people management, and organizational abilities.
• Candidates residing in or near the school location will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 – ₹70,000.00 per month
