Job Description

Role: Training Coordinator

Location: Head Office – Churchgate

Experience: 1 – 3 years

CTC: Up to 3.5 LPA (depending on last drawn)

Roles & responsibilities

  1. Collating training plans and schedules, with L&D team members
  2. Co-ordinating with all trainers for reports / training material/ calendars and feedback
  3. Regular publishing of dashboards
  4. MIS development and communication for training purposes
  5. Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
  6. Content library management
  7. Logistical arrangement if any for location specific training
  8. SPOC for Administrative & related activities for L&D team
  9. Managing internal learning platforms for batch creation and data collation
  10. Exploring and sharing ideas for making policies & processes for L&D

Preferred candidate profile

1. Excellent communication skills

2. Should be tech savvy and good at execution

3. Should be well versed with excel & power point
