On boarding of New Financial consultants and their activisation:

New Advisor activation post induction/certification

Ongoing Capability development of financial consultant:

1. Daily training of Financial consultants along with FLS.

2. Ensuring business contribution from the trained and qualified financial consultants and FLS

Training & Activation of Specified Person of Banks (HDFC Bank, Yes Bank, IDFC Bank , RBL Bank etc.):

1. Branch coverage as per defined target

2. SP Activation and productivity

SP Training & Activation of Virtual Banking (Tele verticals) of Banks:

1. Managing the shop floor’s of tele verticals in terms of training, handholding and assisting tele callers (Virtual RMs) and FLS’s

2. Ensuring quality and activisation of trained RMs through buddy up, call barging etc. activities on the floor’s of tele vertical

Distributor training Coverage (Reach) and effective on boarding of new Broca Partners:

1. Timely training & responsiveness in catering to the Broca distributors

2. Effective on boarding of new partners.
