• Expertise on windows server OS and DB Troubleshooting
• Strong in OS and IIS Baseline
• Hands on AD issue resolution
• Troubleshooting knowledge on window-based application and web-based application
• Ability to learn and master employer-specific software. Complex problem solving
• Good Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to diagnose & address application issues

Education Qualification:

Graduate in BSC IT, BE/B.Tech in any stream, MCA

OR

Graduate in other stream with a Software Computer Course from a good training institute. This course should be a full-time course covering Server -OS/DB/AD support.

Experience: 3-4 years
