About the Job
This position is responsible for day-to-day management of the staff in support of (HCL Clients) healthcare business Training operations. He/She will oversee all training programs including that of Skill enhancement training. This position is responsible for KRAs of Training division and managing Trainers of the process. Training new hires on US healthcare RCM domain & process as per business and client guidelines. Lead OJT / A-bay along with operations to develop an efficient professional agent pool. In addition, this position is responsible for identifying, recommending and implementing process & system solutions with a focus on a great customer experience and a cost-effective, high-performing operation

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day training requirements and directs the team responsible for Training
- Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking.
- Create training programs to address skill gaps in employee
- Establish a constructive learning environment and relationship with the trainee to encourage advice-seeking and maximize learning opportunities
- If need arises, Participate in the recruitment and selection process of candidates
- He/she will be solely responsible for designing and implementing the training as well as creating its associated reports
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to conduct the RnR, teach back sessions to leadership & client especially during Business reviews
- Assist the training Supervisor to implement a competency-based training curriculum for agents
- Manage and meet performance targets for Training hours, Schedule, A-Bay performance, glide path targets, Client SLA, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Manage a group of Trainers responsible for training of new hires and refresher trainings.
- Identify and recommend Training programs and technological tools to improve efficiency
- Work with operations and information technology personnel to resolve people issues and improve efficiency
- Plan and monitor Training initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of tracks.
- Review and ensure processes are in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Interface and coordinate with various stakeholders
- Act as single point of contact for training requirements
- Update daily, weekly & monthly training progress during business review with SDL
Desired Qualifications
The minimum education requirements are:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream (may substitute two years of relevant experience per one year of required education)
The minimum experience requirements are:
- Eight to Twelve years of US healthcare RCM experience
- Minimum Five years of experience in supervising trainers of which minimum 2 years at a project level.
- Experience in managing customer relationship call, to provide training plan updates and or participate in training calibration call.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Proven training track record in his past employments
- Experience in developing training content and implementing into training programs
- Experience in developing e-training modules (web / tool) based for enabling self-learning
- Exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to manage through a shared vision and path to success
- Ability to understand the training requirements of business and create training plans/schedules for the customer
- Ability to create, communicate and manage deliverables that support Training teams targets
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to use good judgment to make decisions
- Possess exceptional people management skills enabling effective interaction with internal, external customers, employees, peers, and management
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
