Plan and Prepare lesson plans for google ads / Google analytics / Google shopping ads – having good knowledge on optimizing campaigns and account optimization
Continuously improve on teaching methodology and create and design course material.
Interview, train, and guide new hires during ramp-up, and transfer responsibilities to vendor leads, while ensuring all technical gaps are filled.
Identify knowledge gaps from feedback, process metrics, quality parameters, and client requirements, and develop strategies to close gaps and upskill employees.
Track new product releases, and ensure awareness and spread of knowledge in the team by rolling out newsletters or training to share new learnings, new troubleshooting approaches, and policy updates.
Create training content, and design certification processes for each training using quizzes, exercises, and other qualifiers.
Should be willing to work in a 24×7 set up
Must have –
2+ years experience as a Product trainer, in Digital Ad campaign optimization
Hands on experience in analyzing impression count, coverage, campaign spend & revenue.
Excellent written & spoken communication skills.
