Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Trainer to join our team. The Trainer will be responsible for
designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for our employees. This role involves developing
training materials, conducting training sessions, and assessing the effectiveness of training initiatives. The
ideal candidate should have a strong background in training and development, expert in O2C domain,
excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping employees learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Develop Training Materials:
– Create training modules, presentations, and materials that align with organizational goals and objectives.
– Adapt training content to various learning styles and levels of expertise.
2. Conduct Training Sessions:
– Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to employees, both in-person and through virtual
platforms.
– Facilitate interactive workshops, discussions, and hands-on activities.
3. Assess Training Needs:
– Identify the training needs of employees and departments through assessments, and feedback.
– Collaborate with department heads and managers to tailor training programs to specific needs.
4. Evaluate Training Effectiveness:
– Use evaluation methods, such as post-training assessments and feedback, to measure the impact of
training programs.
– Continuously improve training materials and methods based on feedback and results.
5. Stay Updated:
– Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to training and development.
– Incorporate new learning techniques and technologies into training programs.
6. Maintain Training Records:
– Maintain accurate records of training sessions, weekly progression on performance as per ISO standards.
– Submit the same as and when requested by the concerned department.
7. Provide Support:
– Offer post-training support and resources to employees to reinforce learning and skill development.
– Address any questions or concerns related to training content.
8. Collaboration:
– Collaborate with subject matter experts, and RMs to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Human Resources, Accounts or Business).
• Proven experience as a Trainer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Order to Cash Cycle
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Proficiency in using training software and tools.
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and audience needs.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
