About the Job

We are in search of a highly talented and self-motivated test center operator to join us on our journey in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.

Experience required: –

• 1 year of experience in any of below domain: –

• Test/exam center
• Education counselor
• Administrators
• Invigilators/Proctor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Meet Client and Organization objectives at the center level.
• Responsible for managing the exam delivery process. This means learning how to use the client Testing System applications.
• Required to, check in, and monitor candidates. Skillfully combining friendliness with a no-nonsense attitude towards candidates, so that candidates know they are in a professional environment in which the testing process is taken seriously
• Participate in planning and execution of daily operations of the site.
• Report performance and escalate problems.
• Ensure that candidates have a pleasant and comfortable testing environment, in which, they can do their best. Safeguard exam security by, for example, ensuring that candidates do not remove questions or answers from the testing room and that notes candidates take during the exam are promptly erased.
• Performing these tasks, help both the test center and client maintain a reputation for quality and integrity.
• To be involved & contribute to the implementation of performance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Interaction with the client through e-mail and phone
• Adherence in maintaining and circulating the necessary reports to internal departments and to the client
• To participate in the internal and external Calibration sessions and report feedback.
