At least 15+ years of experience – must have knowledge:

– Fundamentals of embedded on microcontrollers viz. ARM, 32bit controllers

– Development experience on STM32 ARM Cortex 4 or any other ARM controllers

– Thorough practical knowledge on protocols like UART, I2C, SPI

– Thorough knowledge on bare metal programming on interfaces viz. counters, timers, interrupts, PWM, ADC

– Good on basics & hand’s on RTOS (FreeRTOS or uboot)

– Automotive embedded

– Deep PRACTICAL IMPLEMENTATION knowledge on communication protocols – CAN, LIN & Ethernet

– Basics of Autosar (theoretical & practical) knowledge

– Understanding on diagnostic stack

– Board bring up

– Diagnostic software – POST, BIST

Nice to have:

– an embedded developer who has a passion to teach

– basic knowledge on model based engineering

– basic knowledge on SDLC, implementation processes

Roles & Responsibilities:

– Groom & mentor trainers on different microcontrollers

– Create case studies, real time projects for different domains – auto, medical, aero, etc.

– Mentor best coding practices

– Maintain Embedded collaterals for different domains, across different microcontrollers and technologies
