School Caretaker/ School Keeper, TWO PART TIME ROLES Chelmsford, Essex. Sept 2021. Temp to perm job School Caretaker Job, Chelmsford, Essex Two Positions Available Role One: 7:00am – 11:00am (19.25 hours available) Role Two: 2:45pm – 6:15pm (17.75 hours available) Type of contract: Temporary to permanent Salary: u00A312 to u00A315 per hour (temp) Start date: September 2021 – date to be confirmed. We are working in partnership with a primary school based in Chelmsford, Essex who require a new Site Manager to join their friendly school team. As the Site Manager you must: ** Have experience and knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures ** Take pride in the appearance and condition of our school, both internally and externally ** Be committed, self- motivated, intuitive and accountable ** Proactively be able to carry out maintenance and general repairs ** Be a good communicator and team player and work well collaboratively with others from both inside the school and with external partners ** Be able to line manage and carry out performance management reviews ** Be flexible and adaptable ** Be the main key holder for the school and grounds and be able to attend site in an emergency as part of the out of hour’s school team.
