Qualification: M.Sc in Mathematics with B.Ed. with 2 to 3 years experience in a CBSE School.
Teaching: The primary role of a CBSE Senior Secondary Maths Post Graduate Teacher is to teach maths to students in grades 11 and 12. This involves developing lesson plans, delivering lectures, facilitating discussions, conducting assessments, and grading assignments.
2. Curriculum Development: The teacher may also be responsible for developing and updating the math curriculum for senior secondary students. This involves staying up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and incorporating them into the curriculum.
3. Classroom Management: The teacher must manage the classroom effectively, ensuring that students are engaged and motivated to learn. This involves creating a positive and supportive learning environment, establishing classroom rules and expectations, and managing student behavior.
4. Assessment and Evaluation: The teacher must assess and evaluate student learning, using a range of assessment methods such as quizzes, tests, projects, and exams. They must also provide feedback to students and parents on student progress and areas for improvement.
5. Professional Development: The teacher must engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with new teaching methodologies, educational technology, and best practices in maths education.
6. Collaboration: The teacher must collaborate with other teachers and school staff, including the principal, other maths teachers, and support staff, to ensure that students receive a well-rounded education.
