Required Qualifications

Educational: Post Graduate in Economics & B.Ed (Economics) with more than 60% marks.

Work Experience: Min 5 years as TGT with CBSE Curriculum.

Computer Skill: MS office; exposure to digital teaching platform.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum, using a variety of teaching methods to meet the needs of all students.
• Plan and prepare course materials, including syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts.
• Evaluate and grade student class work, assignments, and papers.
• Maintain student attendance records, grades, and other required records.
• Prepare students for standardized tests and assessments.
• Select and obtain all required textbooks and instructional materials.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement instructional best practices.
• Serve on academic or administrative committees that deal with institutional policies, departmental matters, and educational issues.
• Advise students on academic and career matters.
• Participate in professional development activities to keep abreast of latest developments in the field of economics.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.
• Attend parent-teacher meetings and communicate with parents/guardians about their child’s progress.
