Job description – Assistant Professor for MBA (Finance/Marketing/Systems)

Qualification: First Class MBA. Minimum 2 to 5 Years of teaching experience handling Finance/Marketing/Systems subjects in MBA Colleges.

Candidate will be required to teach MBA students. He or She will also assist in Academic & other activities of the department and the institution.

Teaching and covering the curriculum as designed and outlined by the university by adhering to the rules and regulations.

Creating, developing and implementing innovative techniques for better and easy understanding.

Monitoring and observing the students attendance, progress and assessments.

Preparing various kinds of reports by evaluating and grading the students based on their assessment.

Keeping in touch with current trends by reading the latest articles published in different magazines or other relevant literature.

Plan and organize for the availability of different study materials and laboratory equipments.

Excellent oral & written communication.

Good listening skills, decision making & interpersonal skills.
