Qualification: First Class MSc in Computer Science/MCA in Computer Applications/BE/BTech in Computer Science & Engineering/Information Technology. Minimum 8 to 10 Years of teaching experience handling Computer Science/Applications subjects in a reputed College.

Teaching: MCA faculty members are responsible for designing and delivering courses in their area of expertise, which may include programming languages, software engineering, database management, web development, and other computer-related subjects. They should have a thorough understanding in these areas.

2. Curriculum Development: MCA faculty members are responsible for designing the course curriculum, including deciding the syllabus, course structure, and assignments. They need to ensure that the curriculum is updated to keep pace with the latest developments in the field.

3. Research and Publication: MCA faculty members are expected to conduct research in their area of expertise and publish their findings in reputable journals and conferences.
