Organization: The Organisation, is a European style patisserie (premium cake selling company) created by an IIM professor to disrupt the cake and coffee market, established to spread bonafide taste of the streets of Manhattan across the world. Brought into the world from a love for baking, the desire to create a meeting place that serves delicious food with a warm rustic environment. The Organization offers a full scope of Breads, morning merchandise, cakes, baked and savoury goods. Currently the team size is of about 200 people with more than 15 outlets across Hyderabad, along with a plan of opening 100 new outlets across Goa, Vijayawada, Bangalore, Chennai scaling up to 1000 people over the next year.
Designation: Food & Beverage Manager
Experience: Overall 7+ yrs in Food and Beverage Industry with 5+ years of relevant experience in managing operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
Office Location: Nanakramguda (Hyderabad)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in food and beverage management or a closely-related field.
Salary: Negotiable as per Experience and Market Norms.
Profile Brief: As a Food and Beverage Manager, you are responsible for managing operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Food and Beverage Manager will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all Food and Beverage Outlet operations
2. Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
3. Ensure compliance of brand standards
4. Recruit, manage, train and develop the Food and Beverage team
5. Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
6. Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food, Liquor Costs and Payroll
7. Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
8. Develop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team
9. Accountable for monthly stock takes
10. Incentivise team members to maximize sales and revenue
11. Carry out annual and mid-year appraisals with Managers under your responsibility
12. Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
13. Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated
14. Be environmentally aware
15. Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
16. Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
Skills Required:
1. Management and/or supervisory Food and Beverage experience
2. Able to meet financial targets
3. Ability to comply with all Food and Beverage brand standards
4. Ability to work under pressure
5. Excellent grooming standards
6. Willingness to develop team members and self
7. Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
