Position: Scrum MasterExperience: 9- 12 YearsLocation: Baner, Pune (Hybrid)Job Description:
- Should have 9-12 years of IT industry experience out of which 7-8 years of relevant experience as Scrum Master.
- Have 8+ years of experience in business/systems analysis working together with a development team.
- Experience coaching and training teams in Agile methodologies.
- Conduct Scrum formalities and run the scrum very smartly.
- Enabling collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team Teach
- Scrum Practices and Principles Manage sprint backlog items and tasks Coordinate with all Scrum Ceremonies including Sprint Planning,
- Host Daily Stand-up Meetings, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Demos, Story Grooming, and Release Planning Ensuring the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
- Hands-on experience in JIRA tool.
- Strength in leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and increasing transparency.
- Ability to identify process gaps and create new processes if required.
- Ability to work with offshore team and coordinate teams working in different time zones.
- Work as primary point of contact for customer issues.
Identification of improvements in the existing systems.
- Suggest customer to implement solutions for the identified Improvements.
- Coordinate with project staff working globally.
- Will preferred certifications like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- Excellent communication and mentoring skillsResponsibilities:
- Guide the technology team and business organization on best Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
- Drive scrum team continuous improvement via retrospectives and demonstration of an agile mindset.
- Manage the scrum process for multiple distinct teams following Agile methodology.
- Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee Agile ceremonies: daily stand-up (scrum) meetings, retrospectives, demos, backlog grooming/refinement, backlog sizing, sprint planning, release planning.
- Support and educate the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog and readying it for each sprint.
- Assist with internal and external communication and improve transparency by creating visible information radiators (burn-downs, velocity chart, etc.), dashboards, and demos.
- Provide coaching on Agile values and practices while emphasizing continuous improvement.
- Remove obstacles from the teams’ progress.
- Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
- Aware of Agile ceremonies and estimation techniques.
- Must know Agile process management tools, reports, workflows (Jira).
- Must know Jira Dashboards and Reports.
