Happy Skyway Overseas urgently requires Tele-Callers & Visa Counsellor for our Immigration Office. We are looking for smart and energetic candidates.

• Making telephonic conversation with our clients and make them clear about visa processes.
• To counsel clients about student visa process & requirements of countries like Canada, Australia, Europe, USA, UK & many more.
• Must have Pleasant Personality and good communication skills.
• Must have 6 months experience in Immigration.
• Must have good convincing power and good in handling clients.
• Client should have sales and calling experience.
• Handle Customer’s Inbound And Outbound Calls.
• Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
• Fix Appointments For Counselors And Generate Walk-In.
• The Visa and Immigration Counsellor must interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.
• To explain about college and embassy fee structure.
• To deliver pipeline leads and conversion targets by intake, assist with the execution of destination-specific activity calendars.
• The Visa and Immigration Counselor must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
• Handle visa filing and checking the authenticity of the documents provided.
• Convert Leads To Visa.
• To follow up the clients for enrolments.
• Follow-Up On The Leads Till Registration.
• Coordinating With The Operations Department From Time To Time For The Student’s Case Proceedings.
• To maintain proper records for all the meetings with the students.
• Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
• Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
• Regularly meet the assigned individual and team targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
